For orders of our hand-made Ayurvedic medicines, we require advance payment. Orders will be booked within 24 hours of receiving the payment. We accept various payment methods, including online transfers, UPI, and payment gateways. Please ensure payment confirmation to avoid delays in processing your order. 2. Consultation
Consultations via phone and WhatsApp are provided free of charge. I, Vaidya Ajit Karan, experienced Ayurvedic practitioners, am available to address your health concerns, provide personalized recommendations, and assist you in your wellness journey. However, please note that consultations do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare provider.
3. Packaging & Postage
Within India, packaging and postage charges for delivering our hand-made ayurvedic medicines are complimentary. We ensure safe packaging and reliable delivery of our products to your doorstep at no additional cost. For orders outside India, actual postage charges will apply. These charges will be communicated and claimed after booking your order. We strive to provide cost-effective shipping options for international deliveries.
4. Order Confirmation
Upon receiving your order and payment confirmation, we will send you an order confirmation email or message. This confirmation includes details of your order, estimated delivery time, and any applicable charges.
