    No vaidya approved Paneer.

    1. Paneer has never been in good book of Ayurveda. But a Scientific paper is recommending it.
      Like paneer, as per Ayurveda Mashroom is also not good but we know it has several health benefits.
      Nothing is Absolute, Ayurveda too not.
