Diet in Thyroid

✍1: Remove refined oil from home completely, neither soybean nor sunflower, use mustard oil, sesame oil or desi ghee for food.

✍2: Stop using the poison sold in the name of iodine salt and use rock salt (Sendha Namak), sea salt gives rise to BP, thyroid, skin diseases and heart diseases.

✍3: While making dal ( pulse), do not put the dal directly in the cooker and whistle, first keep it open, when it comes to a boil then a froth will come out of the dal, take it out with a spoon and throw it away, then whistle and cook the dal.
